Terms Used In Louisiana Revised Statutes 37:3217

Any person who violates the provisions of La. Rev. Stat. 37:3213 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars or imprisoned for not more than six months, or both.
