Any person guilty of the offense defined in La. Rev. Stat. 51:140 who reports the facts under oath within six months after committing the offense to any prosecuting attorney, shall be granted full immunity from prosecution under La. Rev. Stat. 51:140 in respect to the particular offense reported.
