Terms Used In Louisiana Revised Statutes 56:301.6
- Fish: as used in this Part , means all fish as defined in La. See Louisiana Revised Statutes 56:301
- person: includes a body of persons, whether incorporated or not. See Louisiana Revised Statutes 1:10
A person taking or possessing fish with a permit or license pursuant to La. Rev. Stat. 56:17, 318, 319, 412, 571, or any other Section of the laws of Louisiana, and unless otherwise prohibited by law, may be required to be licensed pursuant to this Part. A decision to require licensing shall be made at the sole discretion of the secretary.
