Terms Used In Louisiana Revised Statutes 6:386
- Conservator: means the commissioner or his designee. See Louisiana Revised Statutes 6:381
- Receiver: means the person liquidating a state bank pursuant to Part II of this Subchapter. See Louisiana Revised Statutes 6:381
- Receivership court: means the district court for the parish in which the state bank is domiciled. See Louisiana Revised Statutes 6:381
Within ten days after the commencement of the conservatorship, any interested party may file an application with the receivership court for an order vacating such conservatorship. Unless a receiver has been confirmed, the court shall grant the order if it finds that the action of the conservator was unauthorized under this Part.
