Terms Used In Louisiana Constitution Art. 14 Sec. 34

  • Statute: A law passed by a legislature.

Section 34.  The provisions of Article XI of the Constitution of 1921 shall be continued as a statute until the legislature enacts the law required by Article XII, § 9 of this Constitution, but the amount of the exemption shall be fifteen thousand dollars in value until otherwise fixed by law.
