A separate environmental docket of the Twenty-Fourth Judicial District Court is established and shall be heard by Division “J” of the court, into which the public authority, as defined in La. Rev. Stat. 33:1373(B)(6), or other party may request allotment or transfer of cases brought pursuant to La. Rev. Stat. 33:1373.
