The provisions of Act No. 207 of 1956, as amended, providing for the organization and powers of the State Department of Hospitals, and incorporated into the Revised Statutes as Part I of Chapter 11 of Title 40, including La. Rev. Stat. 40:2001 through 40:2017.9, are hereby confirmed, ratified and continued in effect.
