A. No person shall act as, or hold himself out to be, an appraiser in accordance with the provisions of La. Rev. Stat. 22:1311(F)(2) unless such person is registered with the commissioner of insurance as an appraiser.
B. Each person shall register with the commissioner on a form to be prescribed by the commissioner and shall pay the fee required by La. Rev. Stat. 22:821(B)(34).
C. Each registration submitted pursuant to this Part shall expire each year on the anniversary date and may be renewed by filing a request for renewal on a form to be prescribed by the commissioner and by paying the renewal fee required by La. Rev. Stat. 22:821(B)(34).
