Terms Used In Louisiana Revised Statutes 23:1721
- Administrator: means the secretary of the Louisiana Workforce Commission. See Louisiana Revised Statutes 23:1472
- Contributions: means the money payments to the state unemployment compensation fund, required by this Chapter. See Louisiana Revised Statutes 23:1472
In addition to any of the remedies provided in the various sections of this Chapter, the administrator may, within his discretion, proceed to enforce the collection of any contributions or other payments due under this chapter by means of assessment and executory procedure as set forth in this part.
