By authority of La. Const. Art. III, § 32 of 1921, the boards, commissions, councils, agencies, and offices enumerated in La. Rev. Stat. 25:802 are hereby transferred to the State Department of Art, Historical and Cultural Preservation, and all of the functions, programs, and operations of every kind of said boards, commissions, councils, departments and agencies, sometimes hereinafter referred to as agencies, hereafter shall be exercised and be performed by the director.
