- Department: means the Department of Agriculture and Forestry. See Louisiana Revised Statutes 3:1
Failure to comply with La. Rev. Stat. 3:651 shall result in the loss of operating license. It shall be the duty of the Department of Agriculture and Forestry to determine compliance with La. Rev. Stat. 3:651 and to enforce its provisions.
