• Procurement: means the buying, purchasing, renting, leasing, or otherwise obtaining any supplies, services, or major repairs. See Louisiana Revised Statutes 39:1556
• Small business: means a small business as defined by the Small Business Administration of the United States Government which for purposes of size eligibility or other factors meets the applicable criteria set forth in Title 13 of the Code of Federal Regulations, Part 121, as amended, and which has its principal place of business in Louisiana.
