- Obligation: An order placed, contract awarded, service received, or similar transaction during a given period that will require payments during the same or a future period.
Nothing in La. Rev. Stat. 45:1168 through 45:1175 shall imply any guarantee or obligation on the part of the state in respect of any securities to which the provisions of these Sections relate.
