- Escrow: Money given to a third party to be held for payment until certain conditions are met.
After payment of the debt due the agency, any funds offset from an individual’s refund which remain in the escrow account shall be refunded to the individual by the agency with interest as provided for in La. Rev. Stat. 47:299.15(C).
