Whoever injures, mutilates, destroys, interferes with or removes any of the marks or buoys located, placed, anchored or moored, under the provisions of La. Rev. Stat. 49:4, shall be fined not less than one thousand dollars nor more than five thousand dollars, or imprisoned for not less than one year, nor more than five years, or both.
