- Assets: (1) The property comprising the estate of a deceased person, or (2) the property in a trust account.
The commission may authorize the placement, erection, and maintenance of advertising and sponsorship signs on immovable property, improvements on immovable property, vehicles, vessels, and assets of the department. The commission shall promulgate rules and regulations in accordance with the Administrative Procedure Act to implement the provisions of this Section.
