Terms Used In Louisiana Revised Statutes 9:3200
- Obligation: An order placed, contract awarded, service received, or similar transaction during a given period that will require payments during the same or a future period.
- Statute: A law passed by a legislature.
This Chapter shall not limit or modify any obligation between buyers and sellers created by any other statute or that may exist in law.
