When the court renders judgment in favor of a party seeking to establish paternity, it shall, except for good cause shown, award attorney’s fees costs to the prevailing party. However, the provisions of this Section shall not apply to compensation of expert witnesses and recovery of blood or tissue testing costs in accordance with La. Rev. Stat. 9:397.1.
