Unless the creditor institutes a suit to enforce his claim before, the inscription of the privilege provided by La. Rev. Stat. 9:5012 perempts three months after the date of any judgment of possession rendered without an administration of the succession of the deceased, or three months after the recordation of the privilege if the succession has not been opened judicially.
