• Old Perkins Road: means the road officially designated as Louisiana Highway 427 extending from its southern terminus with Highland Road at Interstate 10 in East Baton Rouge Parish, traveling southeast through East Baton Rouge Parish and crossing the historic Iberville Bayou, now known as Bayou Manchac, traveling southerly into Ascension Parish and ending at its terminus with Louisiana Highway 61, referred to as the Airline Highway, all of which is designated as a historic road.
