A. No person shall make any seizures prohibited under La. Rev. Stat. 13:3881 or shall, by any artifice or subterfuge, induce or procure another to sign away, by contract or otherwise, any of the rights he may have under La. Rev. Stat. 13:3881.
B. Whoever violates this Section shall be fined not more than two hundred dollars, or imprisoned for not more than six months, or both.
