Terms Used In Louisiana Revised Statutes 14:363

           Upon final definitive judgment under the provisions of La. Rev. Stat. 14:358 through 373 that any individual is a communist or a subversive person, that individual shall, within five days thereafter, register with the commission of public safety by filing in person a statement under oath or affirmation setting forth his or her name, including any other names used or in use, address, occupation, date and place of birth, features of identification, and name of spouse, if any. All such individual registrants shall be fingerprinted for positive identification at the time of each registration and shall re-register annually between the 1st and 15th of January, for so long as they remain in the state of Louisiana. If a person found to be a communist or a subversive person under the terms of La. Rev. Stat. 14:358 through 373 shall leave the state of Louisiana for a period as long as fifteen days or longer, he or she shall re-register as provided above within five days after he or she shall return to the state.
