A. Any person who violates La. Rev. Stat. 15:617(A) shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars or imprisoned with or without hard labor for not more than six months, or both.
B. Any person who knowingly violates La. Rev. Stat. 15:617(B) shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars or imprisoned with or without hard labor for not more than six months, or both.
C. Any person who tampers or attempts to tamper with any sample of blood, tissue, or other bodily fluids or the collection container without lawful authority shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars or imprisoned with or without hard labor for not more than six months, or both.
