No proceedings for the dissolution of, or the appointment of a receiver for, any domestic reciprocal insurer shall be entertained by any court in this state unless the same is made by the commissioner of insurance in accordance with La. Rev. Stat. 22:73, 96, Subpart H of Part III of this Chapter, La. Rev. Stat. 22:731 et seq., and Chapter 9 of this Title, La. Rev. Stat. 22:2001 et seq.
