Terms Used In Louisiana Revised Statutes 27:446
- Board: means the Louisiana Gaming Control Board, as established by Louisiana Revised Statutes 27:402
- person: includes a body of persons, whether incorporated or not. See Louisiana Revised Statutes 1:10
- Video draw poker: means any card game approved by the division that utilizes one or more decks of cards per hand with multiple hands permitted per game. See Louisiana Revised Statutes 27:402
- Video draw poker employee: means a person issued a permit pursuant to the provisions of Louisiana Revised Statutes 27:402
A. A person desiring to obtain a video draw poker employee permit shall apply to the division for the issuance of a video draw poker employee permit.
B. The application for the issuance of a video draw poker employee permit shall be in writing and on forms prescribed by the Louisiana Gaming Control Board.
C. Each applicant for a video draw poker employee permit shall submit to the division any information and documentation required by the division.
