Terms Used In Louisiana Revised Statutes 27:61
- licensee: means any person holding or applying for a gaming license to conduct gaming activities. See Louisiana Revised Statutes 27:44
- Net gaming proceeds: means the total of all cash and property, including checks received by a licensee, whether collected or not, received by the licensee from gaming operations, less the total of all cash paid out as winnings to patrons and five million dollars annually directly attributable to promotional play wagers. See Louisiana Revised Statutes 27:44
A licensee shall periodically report the following information to the division, which is not confidential and shall be available for public inspection:
(1) The licensee’s net gaming proceeds from all authorized games.
(2) The amount of net gaming proceeds tax paid.
(3) All quarterly and annual financial statements presenting historical data that are submitted to the division, including annual financial statements that have been audited by an independent certified public accountant.
