Terms Used In Louisiana Revised Statutes 3:3206
- Person: means an individual or any legal or commercial entity, including a corporation, business trust, partnership, limited liability company, association, or joint venture. See Louisiana Revised Statutes 3:1
The commissioner may enter into any cooperative agreement with any person in order to further the intent and purposes of this Chapter. Each cooperative agreement shall be a public record and shall be subject to the provisions of La. Rev. Stat. 44:1 et seq.
