Terms Used In Louisiana Revised Statutes 3:3227
- Person: means an individual or any legal or commercial entity, including a corporation, business trust, partnership, limited liability company, association, or joint venture. See Louisiana Revised Statutes 3:1
The commissioner shall notify each person who is affected by a suspension or revocation of a registration, or by civil penalties, by certified mail, return receipt requested.
