Terms Used In Louisiana Revised Statutes 3:671
- Board: means the Louisiana Board of Animal Health augmented by the persons named in La. See Louisiana Revised Statutes 3:663
- Department: means the Department of Agriculture and Forestry. See Louisiana Revised Statutes 3:1
Fees paid as required by La. Rev. Stat. 3:666 shall be deposited in the Louisiana Department of Agriculture and Forestry, Louisiana Board of Animal Health Account, for paying the expenses of administration of this Part.
