- Complaint: A written statement by the plaintiff stating the wrongs allegedly committed by the defendant.
- Violation: means a failure to comply with the requirements of this Subtitle, the rules issued under this Subtitle, and conditions of permits under this Subtitle. See Louisiana Revised Statutes 30:2004
A complaint alleging a violation of this Subtitle, filed as provided in La. Rev. Stat. 30:2026 hereof, shall have attached the personal bond of the complainant in the sum of one hundred dollars, conditioned upon the payment of costs of the hearing held on the complaint in the event the court determines a violation of this Subtitle has not occurred nor is occurring. No liability whatsoever shall be incurred by the complainant by reason of the filing of a complaint as provided in La. Rev. Stat. 30:2026 hereof, other than the payment of costs of the hearing as provided in La. Rev. Stat. 30:2026.
