Any violation of the provisions of La. Rev. Stat. 30:61 ipso facto operates as an immediate forfeiture to the state of all rights, property, money, or things of value acquired by the violation, from, upon, under or out of property privately owned or leased from any municipality or public board, body, commission, or agency of the state. The rights of the state respecting these forfeitures are imprescriptible.
