A.  The provisions of this Chapter shall not apply to any ambulance service district created by a parish prior to the effective date of this Act.

B.  The provisions of this Chapter shall not apply to any parish authorized to create ambulance service districts by La. Rev. Stat. 33:1246 through La. Rev. Stat. 33:1261.7.
