Terms Used In Louisiana Revised Statutes 36:960
- Office: means each principal operational unit within a department, except the executive office of the secretary. See Louisiana Revised Statutes 36:3
No member of the legislature shall hold office or serve in any of the departments or agencies of the executive branch of state government as enumerated and contained in this Title.
