A nonstate governmental hospital may enter into a cooperative endeavor agreement with other hospitals, persons, or entities which includes the transfer of funds for the provision of health care services and such transfer shall be considered to be for a public purpose within the meaning of Paragraph C of La. Const. Art. VII, § 14 of Louisiana.
