- Contract: A legal written agreement that becomes binding when signed.
The contract for printing by the “State Printer of the Official Journal of the State” shall be let to the lowest bidder possessing the qualifications enumerated in La. Rev. Stat. 43:81(A), and shall run for a period of two years beginning July first and ending June thirtieth.
