In the event such agreement is reached, pursuant to La. Rev. Stat. 47:337.16.1, it shall provide that the mayor of the city of New Orleans shall furnish to the collector of revenue at a time specified in the agreement a certified copy of each of the ordinances to be enforced by the collector together with certified copies of all rules and regulations promulgated thereunder. Copies of all subsequent ordinances and regulations, or amendments, shall be furnished to the collector by the mayor within five days after adoption.
