- person: includes a body of persons, whether incorporated or not. See Louisiana Revised Statutes 1:10
No person shall be denied access to any public meeting in any public building or facility used or owned by the state or any political subdivision of the state because of race, color, creed, or physical or mental disability. For purposes of this Section, a public meeting is a meeting which is advertised as being open to the general public.
