A. The office of international commerce is hereby created as an office within the Department of Economic Development.
B. The office shall include the secretary, the executive director of international commerce, staff of the department assigned to the office, the board, any advisory subcommittee appointed by the chairman of the board, and staff of the board and any advisory subcommittee.
