Louisiana Revised Statutes 56:3007 – Dedication of license revenue
A. Except as otherwise provided, funds received from the sale of licenses issued under the provisions of this Part shall be deposited into the Conservation Fund.
B. All funds received from the sale of lifetime licenses shall be deposited as provided in La. Rev. Stat. 56:10.3.
C. An amount equal to seven dollars and fifty cents for each Charter Boat fishing license sold shall be deposited pursuant to La. Rev. Stat. 56:10(B)(1)(f).
D. An amount equal to seven dollars and fifty cents for each saltwater fishing license sold shall be deposited each year to the Saltwater Fish Research and Conservation Fund.
E. An amount equal to ten dollars from the sale of each waterfowl hunting license shall be deposited to the Louisiana Duck License, Stamp, and Print Fund.
F. An amount equal to the fees collected for each WMA access permit and daily camping permit shall be deposited into the Wildlife Habitat and Natural Heritage Trust as provided for in La. Rev. Stat. 56:1923 and shall be expended solely for land acquisition and for management and operations of wildlife refuges, management areas, and public hunting grounds.
G. An amount equal to seven dollars and fifty cents from the sale of each turkey hunting license shall be deposited to the Wild Turkey Fund.
