            (b) For game and fish commissions established by multiple adjoining parishes under the authority of La. Rev. Stat. 56:721, the governing authority of each parish may appoint members, composed of citizens and taxpayers from that parish, to the commission whose term shall be concurrent with that of the governing authority appointing, who serve without compensation, to be known as the _____________ game and fish commission.
