Terms Used In Louisiana Revised Statutes 6:1321
- Assets: (1) The property comprising the estate of a deceased person, or (2) the property in a trust account.
- Liabilities: The aggregate of all debts and other legal obligations of a particular person or legal entity.
The commissioner in his sole discretion may take custody of, and appoint a conservator for, the property, liabilities, books, records, business, and assets of every kind and character of any savings bank in accordance with the provisions of La. Rev. Stat. 6:381 et seq.
