Terms Used In Maine Revised Statutes Title 10 Sec. 1447-A
- Dealer: means a person, firm, corporation or business entity licensed or required to be licensed under Title 29?A, including a recreational vehicle dealer to whom a dealer agreement is offered or granted. See Maine Revised Statutes Title 10 Sec. 1432
- Venue: The geographical location in which a case is tried.
Venue for a civil action authorized by this chapter is exclusively in the county in which the dealer‘s business is located. In an action involving more than one dealer, venue may be in any county in which any dealer that is party to the action is located. [PL 2009, c. 562, §30 (NEW).]
