Terms Used In Maine Revised Statutes Title 12 Sec. 11210

Except as provided in section 12404, subsection 6, paragraph C, a person may not, while on a hunting trip or in the pursuit of wild animals or wild birds, intentionally, knowingly, recklessly or negligently shoot and wound or kill any domestic animal, including, but not limited to, a dog, cat or domestic bird.
