Communications by a victim, as defined in Title 16, section 53?C, subsection 1, paragraph B, to a victim witness advocate or a victim witness coordinator, as defined in Title 16, section 53?C, subsection 1, paragraph C, are privileged from disclosure as provided in Title 16, section 53?C, subsection 2, subject to exceptions in Title 16, section 53?C, subsection 3.
