See Maine Revised Statutes Title 1 Sec. 532 Insurance consultant: means a person engaged in the business of an insurance consultant as defined in Title 24?A, section 1402, subsection 4, 8 or 11. See Maine Revised Statutes Title 9-A Sec. 4-403 Insurance producer: means a person required to be licensed as an insurance producer as defined in Title 24?A, section 1402, subsection 5. See Maine Revised Statutes Title 9-A Sec. 4-403 Insurance product: means a contract of insurance that is offered for sale by an insurance producer employed by or affiliated with a supervised lender. See Maine Revised Statutes Title 9-A Sec. 4-403 Network manager: means the person under contract to carry out the duties described in section 535. See Maine Revised Statutes Title 1 Sec. 532 Open-end credit: A credit agreement (typically a credit card) that allows a customer to borrow against a preapproved credit line when purchasing goods and services. The borrower is only billed for the amount that is actually borrowed plus any interest due. (Also called a charge account or revolving credit.)
