- Conviction: A judgement of guilt against a criminal defendant.
- Insurance product: means a contract of insurance that is offered for sale by an insurance producer employed by or affiliated with a supervised lender. See Maine Revised Statutes Title 9-A Sec. 4-403
- Real estate: includes lands and all tenements and hereditaments connected therewith, and all rights thereto and interests therein. See Maine Revised Statutes Title 1 Sec. 72
