- Continuation statement: means an amendment of a financing statement that:

See Maine Revised Statutes Title 22 Sec. 2671medical utilization review services: means a program or process by which a person, partnership or corporation, on behalf of an insurer, nonprofit service organization, 3rd-party administrator, health maintenance organization, preferred provider organization or employer that is a payor for or that arranges for payment of medical services, seeks to review the utilization, appropriateness or quality of medical services provided to a person whose medical services are paid for, partially or entirely, by that insurer, nonprofit service organization, 3rd-party administrator, health maintenance organization, preferred provider organization or employer. See Maine Revised Statutes Title 24-A Sec. 2773 Pool: includes any related equipment, structures, areas and enclosures that are intended for the use of persons using or operating the pool, including equipment, dressing lockers, showers and toilet rooms. See Maine Revised Statutes Title 22 Sec. 2662 Public pool: means any constructed or prefabricated pool other than a residential pool or medical facility pool that is intended to be used for swimming, recreational bathing or wading and is operated by an owner, lessee, tenant or concessionaire or by a person licensed by the department, regardless of whether a fee is charged for use. See Maine Revised Statutes Title 22 Sec. 2662 Spa: includes , but is not limited to, a therapeutic pool, hydrotherapy pool, whirlpool, hot spa and hot tub. See Maine Revised Statutes Title 22 Sec. 2662 Terminal illness: means a disease or condition that, without life-sustaining measures, will soon result in death or in a state of permanent unconsciousness from which recovery is unlikely. See Maine Revised Statutes Title 22 Sec. 2671 Treating physician: means a physician who has primary responsibility for the care of a patient and treatment of that patient's terminal illness. See Maine Revised Statutes Title 22 Sec. 2671 Trial: A hearing that takes place when the defendant pleads "not guilty" and witnesses are required to come to court to give evidence.
