Terms Used In Maine Revised Statutes Title 27 Sec. 459

  • Contracting agency: means the agency of State Government to which funds have been appropriated or allocated by the Legislature for the construction of any public building or other public facility. See Maine Revised Statutes Title 27 Sec. 452
  • Works of art: means any of the following original creations of art:
Eligible administrative costs incurred by the contracting agency that are associated with the acquisition of works of art shall be included as part of the amount allocated to section 453, subsection 1, for works of art. [PL 1989, c. 912, §9 (AMD).]
