Terms Used In Maine Revised Statutes Title 29-A Sec. 158
- Assets: (1) The property comprising the estate of a deceased person, or (2) the property in a trust account.
- Bureau: means the Bureau of Motor Vehicles. See Maine Revised Statutes Title 29-A Sec. 101
Funds or assets forfeited pursuant to Title 15, chapter 517 may be awarded to the bureau. Funds or assets received in accordance with this section must be used for law enforcement training or for law enforcement equipment. [PL 1995, c. 65, Pt. A, §153 (AFF); PL 1995, c. 65, Pt.
