Terms Used In Maine Revised Statutes Title 30-A Sec. 5721
- Municipality: means a city or town, except as provided in chapter 225. See Maine Revised Statutes Title 30-A Sec. 2001
A municipality may raise or appropriate money for any public purpose, including, but not limited to, the purposes specified in sections 5722 to 5728. [PL 1987, c. 737, Pt.
